Products and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and product variations may cause differences. Products may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment

Custom and Personalized Orders

You are responsible for reviewing all names, text, artwork, colors, sizes, placements, and other customization details before approving or submitting an order. Hat Kraze is not responsible for customer-provided spelling errors, incorrect specifications, low-quality artwork, or other approved details.

You represent that you have permission to use any artwork, logo, trademark, photograph, text, or other material you submit. We may decline content that we reasonably believe infringes another party’s rights or is unlawful or inappropriate.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Hat Kraze does not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations except when required by applicable law.

Custom or personalized items, hats and other hygiene-sensitive merchandise, clearance or final-sale merchandise, and items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged are non-returnable.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact Hat Kraze promptly through our website with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate remedy when required or approved.

How to find the right size? To measure your head for a New Era hat, you can use a flexible tape measure to find your cup size: 1. Place the tape measure in the middle of your forehead. 2. Wrap the tape measure around the circumference of your head, about half an inch above your eyebrows and ears. 3. Ensure the tape measure is straight and not twisted. 4. Make sure the tape measure feels snug, but not too tight, where the sweatband will rest. 5. Use the New Era size chart above to convert your measurement from inches or centimeters to a fitted size. 6. If you're between sizes, We recommend rounding up. 7. You can also use a piece of string to measure your head and then measure the length of the string with a ruler.
